You must be registered with the USA Powerlifting National office as a competing member in one of the following states to be eligible to compete in the Northwest Regional Competition. Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming.
This meet will serve as a qualifying meet for the 2019 USA Powerlifting National meets. Any lifter who achieves the qualifying total for their age/division will be eligible for 2019 National Meets. In addition, the top 3 lifters in each category who do not make the qualifying total will earn a spot to compete at Nationals (T1, T2, T3, Junior, Open, Masters 1-4 etc).
The Regional Level meets will be run with National meet standards including gear requirements, National level judges available for American records, technical secretary and a referee jury on the platform. This meet is intended to provide a National level experience for local lifters and prepare lifters for a National Level platform.
