Preliminary Schedule for Lifting
Saturday – Oct 2, 2021 All Women / Sunday – Oct 3, 2021 All Men
Morning Weigh in : 7:00am-8:30am/ Afternoon weigh in times will be determined after registration deadline.
Lifting begins: 9:00am
Registration fee: $125
This event will be a 2 day, 2 session event. Sessions will not be set until after registration closes. There will be morning and afternoon weigh ins.
Any current member of USA Powerlifting is eligible to compete in this event. You do not need to have a qualifying total to compete in this event. You may be a brand new lifter, having never competed before.
If you do not live in Washington, you may still compete in this event but you will compete against other out of state lifters.
American and State records can be set during this event in the state you are registered in with the National Office (your home address).
If you are new to USA Powerlifting, you must become a member of USA Powerlifting to be eligible to compete. Here’s a link www.usapowerlifting.com. Membership cards purchased after Nov 1, 2020 will be valid until Dec 31, 2021.
Lifting Schedule: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look from emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Spectators Admission = $10 (under 12 years age are free)
Handlers/Coaches: Each raw lifter will be allowed one coach and each equipped lifter will be allowed up to 2 handlers/coaches.
Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd in each age and weight division and best lifter awards in divisions with 6 or more lifters.
There are Equipped, Raw with Wraps and Raw divisions.
Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com
Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.
There will be no refunds unless we have to cancel the event due to changes in the COVID-19 situation.

Entry Fees: Power lifting (Squat, bench press and deadlift) = $125
Bench Press only = $125
Deadlift only = $125
Deadlift and bench press (Push Pull) = $125
You may add a single lift for an additional $25 (example: Full Power + bench press)
Team = $65…. 1st-5th place. All Teams must be registered with the USAPL.
Awards: 1st-5th in all weight classes and divisions for men and women And best lifter awards.
All participants must have a current USAPL card or purchase one before the meet. All memberships expire 12/31 of the year you purchased them. With the exception of if you purchase your membership after Nov 1, 2020, it will be good for all of 2021.
• Women: 30k, 35k, 40k (youth only) 43k (youth, teenage, jr only), 47k, 52k, 57k, 63k, 69k, 76kg, 84k, 84k+
• Men: 30k, 35k, 40k, 44k, 48k (youth only) 53k (youth, teenage, jr only), 59k, 66k, 74k, 83k, 93k, 105k, 120k, 120+k
Open = Option for participants of any age. Mandatory for those age 24-39
Age Groups: Youth 1 – 8-9, Youth 2 – 10-11, Youth 3 – 12-13, Teen 1 – 14-15, Teen 2 – 16-17, Teen 3 – 18-19, Junior – 20-23
Masters: Age: 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Master age is based on calendar year, not birth date.
Additional divisions: Adaptive Athlete, MX, Para-Bench, Raw with Wraps.
