For instance, if you weigh 102kg, you enter the 110kg weight class.\nAwards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and best lifters in each for light weight and heavy weight. Champion of Champion awards (best lifter) will be given in age categories with 6 or more competitors.\nCustom T-Shirts: All competitors will receive a free t-shirt. Please indicate your size on your entry form\nLifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. And you must be a current USAPL member. Renew online at www.usapowerlifting.com.\nDrug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones.
