Preliminary Schedule for Lifting
Saturday – December 7, 2024
Morning Weigh-in: 8:00am-9:30am (there are no “night before” weigh ins)
Lifting begins: 10:00am
If you are new to USA Powerlifting, you must become a member of USA Powerlifting to be eligible to compete. Here’s a link www.usapowerlifting.com. Membership cards purchased after Nov 1, 2024 will be valid until Dec 31, 2025.
LIFTING SCHEDULE
Lifting Schedule: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look for emails from graymadylen4@outlook.com and/or leah.hardesty@gmail.com
Spectators Admission:
Spectators Admission: $15 at the door and online purchase available. Online info will post on event page and email. Under 12 years of age free
Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 5th in each age and weight division.
Divisions: Equipped, Raw and Raw with Wraps divisions.
Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com
Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We will start a waiting list when the meet is full. You will be notified by email if a spot opens. It will be first come first serve. In the past, this event has filled up within the first 60 days of opening registration so don’t hesitate!!
Entry Fees: Powerlifting = $135 See registration form for additional divisions and events available
All participants must have a current USAPL card or purchase one before the meet. All memberships expire 12/31 of the year you purchased them apart from renewing/purchasing after November 1, 2024.
