Preliminary Schedule for Lifting:
• Sunday – May 4, 2025
• LIFTER CHECK-IN: 7:00am
• EQUIPMENT CHECK: 7:00am (No early equipment checks available)
• WEIGH-IN: 7:30am-9:00am (No “night before” weigh ins)
• LIFTING BEGINS: 9:30am
If you are new to USA Powerlifting, you must become a member of USA Powerlifting to be eligible to compete. Here is the link www.usapowerlifting.com
LIFTING SCHEDULE: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look for emails from graymadylen4@outlook.com.

• NOTE: Spectators will pay the $25 Prejudging Entry Fee
AWARDS: 1st – 3rd in each age and weight division.
DIVISIONS: Equipped, Raw and Raw with Wraps divisions.
• EVENTS: Full Power, Push/Pull, Bench Only, Deadlift Only.
DRUG TESTING: You must be drug free for at least 36 months (about 3 years) prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
LIFTING ATTIRE: All competitors must wear a one-piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes, and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See https://www.usapowerlifting.com/ for details.

• WAIT LIST: Upon a full roster. Form will be posted on the WA USAPL website and will be notified by email if a spot opens. It will be first come first serve.
