Meet Location: Spokane Convention Center 334 West Spokane Fall Blvd, Spokane, WA
Registration fee: $105 (online registration only)
Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for each weight class and best lifter male and female

Hotel: There will not be hotel room rate for this event this year. There are many hotels near the venue for you to choose from.

The Empire Classic Bodybuilding show expanded a few years ago to include Powerlifting. In the past, this event has been a push/pull event and located outdoors. I am very excited to announce this event is now a Full Powerlifting event with an option of Bench Press only and Deadlift only.

All lifters must be active USAPL members. 10% of the lifters will be drug tested.

If you are new to USA Powerlifting, please visit their website at www.usapowerlifting.com for all rules and regulations. This event offers the options of lifting raw or equipped (single ply). You may enter Full Power (squat, bench, deadlift), Deadlift or Bench Press or Deadlift and Bench press.

WEIGH IN SCHEDULE (start times subject to change): This will be determined after the registration deadline.

Spectators Admission = TBA

When completing your registration form, you choose your weight class by having your weight be below the chosen weight class. For instance, if you weigh 102kg, you enter the 110kg weight class.

ACTUAL LIFTING SCHEDULE

Lifting Schedule: This meet will be limited to the first 80 registrations. The final lifting schedule will depend on the number of entries in specific weight categories. The final flights will be posted after weigh ins.

Meet Location: Spokane Convention Center (334 W Spokane Falls Blvd, Spokane, WA)

Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and best lifters in each for light weight and heavy weight. Champion of Champion awards (best lifter) will be given in age categories with 6 or more competitors.

Custom T-Shirts: All competitors will receive a free t-shirt. Please indicate your size on your entry form

Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. And you must be a current USAPL member. Renew online at www.usapowerlifting.com.

Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).

This event is expected to fill up before the deadline. When this happens, you will be able to register to be put on the reserve list.
