10% of the lifters will be drug tested at the event.
This event will be a 2 day, 2 session event. Sessions will not be set until after registration closes.
All Men will lift on Saturday Oct 5.
Lifting Schedule
Session 1
Check-in 6:00am
Weigh -in 6:30am-8:00am (by lot number)
Lifting begins 8:30am (estimate to finish around 12:00pm)
Session 2
Check-in 11:00am
Weigh-in 11:30am-1:00pm (by lot number)
Lifting begins 1:30pm (estimated to finish around 7:30pm)
All Women will lift on Sunday Oct 6.
There will be only one session
Check-in 6:30am
Weigh-in 7:00am-8:30am (by lot number)
Lifting begins 9:00am (estimated to finish around 4:00pm)

Any current member of USA Powerlifting is eligible to compete in this event. You do not need to have a qualifying total to compete in this event. You may be a brand new lifter, having never competed before.
If you do not live in Washington, you may still compete in this event but you will compete against other out of state lifters using the Dots formula.
American and State records can be set during this event in the state you are registered in with the National Office (your home address).
If you are new to USA Powerlifting, you must become a member of USA Powerlifting to be eligible to compete. Here’s a link www.usapowerlifting.com. Membership cards purchased after Nov 1, 2023 will be valid until Dec 31, 2024.
LIFTING SCHEDULE
Lifting Schedule: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look for emails from dsnowpfz@gmail.com.
Spectators Admission = $20 (under 12 years age are free)
Handlers/Coaches: Each raw lifter will be allowed one coach and each equipped lifter will be allowed up to 2 handlers/coaches. Coaches/Handlers must pay the entry fee to enter the venue.
Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd in each age and weight division and best lifter awards in divisions with 6 or more lifters.
There are Equipped, Raw with Wraps and Raw divisions.
You may compete in Full Power, Bench Only, Deadlift Only or Push/Pull (Bench and Deadlift).
Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com
Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

There will be no refunds unless we have to cancel the event due to changes in the COVID-19 situation.

Entry Fees: Power lifting (Squat, bench press and deadlift) = $160
Bench Press only = $160
Deadlift only = $160
Deadlift and bench press (Push Pull) = $160
You may add a single lift for an additional $45 (example: Full Power + bench press)
Team = $65…. 1st-3rd place. All Teams must be registered with the USAPL. Register your team/club at this link. There is a separate registration fee to the organization (other than the $65 fee to compete as a team at this event).
Awards: 1st-3rd in all weight classes and divisions for men and women And best lifter awards.
Weight Classes:
• Women: 30k, 35k, 40k (youth only), 44k, 48k, 52k, 56k, 60k, 67.5k, 75kg, 82.5k, 90k, 100k, 100+k
• Men: 30k, 35k, 40k, 44k, 48k (youth only), 53k , 52k, 56k, 60k, 67.5k, 75kg, 82.5k, 90k, 100k, 110kg, 125kg, 140kg, 140+kg
- Divisions:
Open = Option for participants of any age. Mandatory for those age 24-39
Age Groups: Youth 1 – 8-9, Youth 2 – 10-11, Youth 3 – 12-13, Teen 1 – 14-15, Teen 2 – 16-17, Teen 3 – 18-19, Junior – 20-23
Masters: Age: 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Master age is based on calendar year, not birth date.
Additional divisions: Adaptive Athlete, MX, Para-Bench, Raw with Wraps, Special Olympics.
