I’ve been strength training for 28 years, and powerlifting for just under 20 years. In that time I’ve won a world championship and five national championships (both equipped and raw). I coach local, national and world level powerlifters. I lift and coach 100% drug free.
My training focus always begins with lifting technique followed by
progressive improvement. I’ve written over 100 articles on lifting
technique, which can be found on my website. I have melded powerlifting and strength training approaches from a number of different methodologies into my own unique style.
