Habit Strength + Conditioning is a Tacoma based gym that caters to many fitness needs, but one that we specialize in is powerlifting.  We have many lifters of all levels, from rookies to national qualifiers that train and compete.  Coach Tuohy and Coach Tilton are USAPL Certified Club Coaches and have been training people on strength training for many years.  If you are someone that is looking to get into powerlifting, finding a group of like minded people to train with, need some help with technique and programing with strength gains or all of the above, then we are here for you.  If you have questions about us here at Habit Strength + Conditioning please feel free to email or call.  We do free consultations for new members and would be happy to set up a time to meet.

I’m a small Powerlifting gym that offers access to competition level equipment including Rogue 20kg bars and calibrated plates. There is a combo rack, 2 power racks and dumbbells up to 130lbs.

I offer 1-on-1, semi-private, and group training. I also will be running a “bootcamp” style powerlifting program in January.
