Preliminary Schedule for Lifting
Saturday – December 2, 2023
Lifter Check-in: 6:30am-8:15am
Morning Weigh in: 7:00am-8:30am (there are no “night before” weigh ins)
Lifting begins: 9:00am
LIFTING SCHEDULE
Lifting Schedule: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look from emails from graymadylen4@outlook.com
Spectators Admission = $15 at the door (this includes coaches)
NOTE: we are donating this year a $5 discount if you bring a (1) canned good item $10 at the door.
Under 12 years of age free
Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd in each age and weight division.
BEST LIFTER AWARDS to be announced at a later date.
There are Equipped, Raw and Raw with Wraps divisions.
Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com
Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

A waitlist is posted on the event page above. You will be notified by email if a spot opens up. It will be first come first serve.
Entry Fees: Powerlifting = $130
All lifters will do Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift (there is no choice for single lift events at this event).
All participants must have a current USAPL card or purchase one before the meet. All memberships expire 12/31 of the year you purchased them.
