REGISTRATION IS LIVE!

This event is an outdoor event! There will be plenty of shaded areas including over the warm up area as well as the platform. It is limited to the first 60 lifters registered. After you read the event information, the link to register will be at the bottom of this page.

10% of the lifters will be drug tested at the event.

Lifting will begin at 9am. There will not be any livestream of this event.

Any current member of USA Powerlifting is eligible to compete in this event ( there is no qualifying required for this event). You can qualify for nationals (2024) with this event. You can set state records but NOT American Records at this event.

If you are new to USA Powerlifting, you must become a member of USA Powerlifting to be eligible to compete. Here’s a link www.usapowerlifting.com. Membership cards purchased after Nov 1, 2023 will be valid until Dec 31, 2024.

LIFTING SCHEDULE

Lifting Schedule: Please do not contact me asking about when you will lift. All participants will be notified by e-mail of the final schedule approximately 2 weeks before the event. Please make sure to look from emails from dsnowpfz@gmail.com.

Spectators Admission =$10 (Under 12 years of age free)

Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd in each age and weight division.

There are Equipped, Raw with Wraps and Raw divisions.

Raw Lifting: As of September 1, 2007 “Raw” lifting rules require all competitors to wear a regulation one piece non supportive lifting suit. Wrist wraps and belts are OK. Neoprene knee sleeves are OK. No other support gear is allowed. Only raw gear approved by USAPL is permitted. See www.USAPowerlifting.com

Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).

Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. All equipment must conform to USA Powerlifting rules. See www.USAPowerlifting.com for details.

This event will be limited to the first 60 lifters who register. There will be no refunds unless we have to cancel the event due to changes in the COVID-19 situation.

Entry Fees:   Powerlifting (Squat, bench press and deadlift) = $130

Bench Press only = $130

Deadlift only = $130

Deadlift and bench press (Push Pull) = $130
